Reports indicate that beloved actors Jennifer Lawrence and Josh Hutcherson are returning to their iconic characters in the newest chapter of the Hunger Games film series, titled The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping. The film is currently in production.

The duo are returning as Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark, the roles they originated. Industry whispers indicate their roles will take the form of a flash-forward sequence, considering the main film series concluded with their characters living in peace.

Sunrise on the Reaping draws its story from a newly published work by series creator Suzanne Collins.
